Chicken Burgers Recipe

One serving = 1¼ Protein, 1 Starch

 

Ingredients

16 oz ground chicken

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp minced onion

2 eggs (whole)

2 regular pitas, halved

 

Instructions

Mix ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, onion, and eggs. Shape into 4 patties. Barbecue patties until fully cooked.

Serve 1 patty in each pita half.
