Chicken Burgers

Try this tasty, delicious, low-cal entree at your next barbecue!

1 Serving = 1 ¼ protein and 1 starch

 

What You Need

16 oz ground chicken

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp minced onion

2 eggs (whole)

2 regular pita, halved

 

How You Prepare It

Mix ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, onion, and eggs. Shape into 4 patties. Barbecue patties until fully cooked. Serve 1 patty in each pita half.
