This Cappuccino Smoothie will give you an extra boost of energy and antioxidants thanks to the coffee in it, but since this smoothie contains caffeine we recommend having it for breakfast, an early snack, or lunch — saluti!
4 pkgs. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shakes
32 oz. milk (1% or skim)
8 tsp. instant coffee
18 ice cubes
4 pkgs. artificial sweetener
Pinch of cinnamon for taste
1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement packages, milk, instant coffee, sweetener, and ice cubes in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Once smooth, pour the smoothie into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, sprinkle with some cinnamon, and then enjoy!
If you didn't want to use artificial sweetener, you could also use a drop of vanilla extract or unsweetened cocoa powder to enhance the candied flavour of your smoothie! However, if you're looking to enjoy the full coffee flavour, don't use any sweeteners at all.
