Breakfast Wraps

This simple breakfast meal makes 5 tasty wraps that are packed with protein from eggs and ham, along with a little cheesy goodness. These wraps are perfect for meal prepping and are an easy, delicious way to start your day on the right foot — enjoy!

Ingredients

5 tortilla
5 egg
5 oz. cheddar cheese

10 oz. ham
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Scramble eggs in a hot pan and season with salt and pepper.

2. After the eggs are cooked, divide them into 5 equal portions, along with dividing the ham and cheese into equal portions as well; which would equal 1 egg, 2 oz ham, and 1 oz cheese per wrap.

3. Place the portioned ham, cheese, and egg in the 5 tortillas, then roll them up.

4. Wrap the rolled tortillas in cling wrap and then in aluminum foil.

5. Place the wrapped tortillas in the freezer to freeze for future mornings.

6. Once you're ready to enjoy your wrap, remove the cling wrap and foil, and microwave it on a plate for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

7. Once the wrap is heated up, dig in!

Tip

Serve with Frank's Hot Sauce for some extra heat, which would not affect your allotments! You can also enjoy the wraps with 1 tablespoon of ketchup, per wrap, which would add 1 Extra allotment.
