1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 medium banana ( 236 g)
10 almonds
Handful of ice
Instructions
1. Place the VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement package, milk, banana, almonds, and ice in a blender.
2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
3. Once smooth, pour the shake into your glass, cup, or mug of choice, and enjoy!
