Ingredients
5 hard-boiled egg
2½ cup brown rice, cooked
2½ cup broccoli, steamed
2½ cup cucumber
2½ cup grape tomatoes
5 tbsp. sriracha
Instructions
1. In 5 separate air-tight containers, place half a cup of brown rice, half a cup of broccoli, 1 hard-boiled egg, half a cup of cucumber, and half a cup of tomatoes.
2. Once all the containers are made, seal them and place them in the fridge.
3. When ready to enjoy a serving, remove a container from the fridge, top it with a tablespoon of sriracha, and dig in!
