Baked Cheesecake with Blueberries

This Baked Cheesecake with Blueberries is a luscious dessert that combines antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins, to give you creamy richness that bursts of fruity freshness — enjoy!

Ingredients

4 large egg whites
2 large whole eggs
3 cup cottage cheese (1% or non-fat)
2 cup blueberry, crushed

1 pkg. artificial sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF.

2. In a blender, combine eggs, egg whites, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

3. Once those ingredients are well combined, gradually blend in the cottage cheese until very smooth.

4. Once smooth, pour the cheesecake mixture into a non-stick pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.

5. Then, place the pan in the hot oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

6. After that time, turn off the oven, open the door, and let the cheesecake settle in the off-open oven for another 60 minutes.

7. After that time, place the cheesecake in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours to chill.

8. Once the cheesecake has chilled, top it with crushed blueberries, then serve, and enjoy!
