Craving some asian cuisine? You'll want to give our Asian Chicken Salad a try. Packed with so many delicious bold flavours it will make your palate jump!



  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil 
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • 4 cups mesclun mix
  • 10 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snow peas 
  • 1 oz. slivered almonds 



    In a bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and honey; stir well. In a separate bowl, mix salad greens, chicken, carrots, and snow peas. Drizzle dressing on top and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
