This Almond Crusted Chicken Recipe offers unique flavour and texture — we hope you enjoy it!
5 oz. (142g) chicken breast 10 almonds, ground 1 tsp. Italian or poultry seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Grind almonds until they are in powdered form. 3. Add poultry seasoning to the ground almonds. 4. Then coat the chicken in the powder and bake for about 30 minutes. 5. Once cooked, serve and enjoy!
Pair this Almond Crusted Chicken with a sweet potato (¾ cup) and asparagus (1 cup). This will add 1 Starch & 1 Vegetable allotment to your meal.
