Almond Crusted Chicken
One serving = 1 Protein, 1 Fat
5 oz. (142g) chicken breast
10 almonds, ground
1 tsp. Italian or poultry seasoning
Grind almonds until they are in powdered form. Add seasoning to the ground almonds.
Coat chicken in it and bake in oven at 400°F for about 30 minutes.
Pair almond crusted chicken with a sweet potato (¾ cup) and asparagus (1 cup). This will add 1 Starch and 1 Vegetable serving to your meal.
