2 slices whole grain bread
1 banana, sliced
4 tsp. almond butter

2 tsp. honey
1½ tsp. chia seeds


1. Toast whole grain bread in the toaster or the oven on broil.

2. Once the bread is toasted, spread it with the almond butter.

3. Then top it with the banana slices.

4. Then drizzle honey on top.

5. Sprinkle with chia seed, serve, and enjoy!
