Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon With Broccoli & Rice

This Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon With Broccoli & Rice Recipe is the perfect weekday dinner, if you have an air fryer, as it's quick, healthy, & tasty — enjoy!


2 5-oz. salmon fillets
2 cups broccoli
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
2 tsp. vegetable oil

2 cups rice, cooked
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper


1. Toss broccoli in a large bowl with vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.

2. Once evenly coated, transfer the broccoli to the air fryer basket.

3. Then, toss the salmon in the teriyaki sauce in the large bowl.

4. Once covered, lay the salmon on top of the broccoli fish side down, skin side up, then cook in the air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes at 375°F.

5. Once cooked, serve the salmon and broccoli with some cooked rice, and enjoy!


Place salmon in a plastic bag, or bowl, with half of the teriyaki sauce to marinade for 30 minutes before cooking to enhance flavour.
