After your purchase, you will receive an email with setup instructions and a Health History Questionnaire. Your questionnaire must be completed before we can set up your app and personalize your experience. Once we receive your completed questionnaire, your account will be created and you'll receive instructions to access the app.

Once your account has been created, purchases are non-refundable.

Your subscription will continue automatically month-to-month after the initial commitment period until cancelled.

If you choose to cancel, please submit your request at least 2 business days before your next scheduled payment to ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date.
