The kit includes:

Recommended Dosage:
• Glucomannan+: First time users begin with 1 capsule 3x/day before each meal. If you do not experience any discomfort, gradually increase your dosage to 2 capsules 3x/day before each meal.
• Formula S/B: Take 2 capsules 3x/day or as directed by your health care professional.
• WM-4000 Ultra: Take 2 capsules 3x/day or as directed by your health care practitioner.

• Take each dose with at least 240 ml (8 oz.) water. Taking this product with insufficient liquid may result in choking and/or obstruction of the throat, esophagus, or intestine.

• Loose stools, flatulence, diarrhea, and abdominal discomfort have been reported.
• Seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
• Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headaches.
• Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or diabetic.

If you are unsatisfied with your Herbal Magic products for any reason we will give you a refund of your purchase price for all unopened merchandise, less shipping. Simply email customerservice@herbalmagic.ca within seven (7) days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please write the number on the package. Include the packing slip that came with your order, and wrap the package securely. Ship to the return address indicated on the shipping label. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper, enclose in the package and send the package to the following address:
