Our CLA is formulated to help decrease body inches, reduce fat, and increase energy.

Conjugated linoleic acid, or CLA, is a polyunsaturated fat that can be extracted from a variety of sources, like meat and dairy. Our CLA is sustainably sourced from safflower oil extract, which is naturally rich in CLA and plant-based.

Individuals taking our CLA may notice decreases in abdominal size, body fat, and body inches, and an increase of lean muscle mass. They may also notice an improvement in body composition when used with a program that has a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity. It's important to note that CLA takes 3 months to be truly effective, so we always recommend trying this supplement for 12 weeks.

Our CLA complements all of our plans and is highly recommend if you need help breaking through a plateau during your weight loss journey or resetting your weight loss efforts. This supplement will also help support any diet plan and works well when combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Recommended Dosage:
For Adults Ages 19+: Take 2 capsules 3x/daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with food.

Cautions & Warnings:
• For adult use only.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if your goal is to achieve weight loss.
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are obese or have cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors (e.g. high blood pressure, high cholesterol and/or triglycerides).
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use CLA if you have CVD, diabetes, metabolic syndrome or insulin resistance.
• Some people may experience gastrointestinal upset with CLA.

Product Return & Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your Herbal Magic products for any reason, we will refund the purchase price of all unopened merchandise, less shipping. To initiate a return, please email customerservice@herbalmagic.ca within seven (7) days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use the label provided to return your package. Orders returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.

Product Subscription Cancellation Policy

For product subscriptions, cancellations can take effect after the initial order plus one recurring order has been processed. After the recurring order, the subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until you submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@herbalmagic.ca.
Once your cancellation request has been received, it will be reviewed by our team and a confirmation email will be sent to you.  The cancellation request must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the next scheduled payment, as we need time to review and action the cancellation. 

Research
Research suggests, conjugated linoleic acid, or CLA, refers to a group of conjugated dienoic isomers of linoleic acid, that have been tested extensively and shown to produce a variety of health benefits. CLA is found in various sources including dairy products, meats, and some vegetable oils. CLA has been shown to promote many beneficial effects on body composition including helping promote a decrease in body fat and an increase in lean muscle mass. Research in healthy, overweight individuals demonstrates a reduction in body fat mass in the legs and abdomen which results in decreases in the waist–hip ratio.1,2

Studies in healthy, overweight men and women demonstrate CLA increases the feelings of fullness and satiety, and decreases the feeling of hunger.3 Essentially, investigations in healthy, overweight or obese individuals have shown CLA to be well tolerated and safe to take to aid in decreasing body fat mass.

Holiday seasons have been shown to contribute to an increase in weight during adulthood. Research has indicated CLA supplementation in overweight adults, during holiday seasons and similar lifestyle activities may help prevent weight gain during the holiday season known.4
