How Our Basic Weight Loss Plans Work
Phase 1
Kickstarter
This two-day phase will get you started with your supplements to help cleanse and kick-start your body so it’s ready to lose weight. Once you’ve completed the two-day cleanse, you’ll move on to Phase 2.
Phase 2
Determination
In this phase, you'll continue to take your supplements and follow your customized meal plan allotments so you can make healthy, weight-loss-friendly, wholesome meals. You’ll be in this phase until you lose 10 pounds. Once you’ve lost those initial pounds, you’ll move to Phase 3.
Phase 3
Transformation
In this phase, you’ll have access to more diverse foods, while continuing to take your supplements. You’ll be in this phase until you reach your goal weight. Once you’ve achieved your goal, you’ll move to Phase 4.
Phase 4
Maintenance
In this 6-week phase you'll learn how to keep the weight you lost off for good! Your meal customizations and supplements will be updated to focus on maintaining your new health. Once this phase is completed, you’ll be all set to live healthy and be happy.
What's The Difference Between the Basic Plans & the Advanced Plans ?
The main difference is that our Basic Plans do not include coaching!
Limited Coaching Sessions
Our Basic Plans only include one Coaching Session, rather than the unlimited Coaching Sessions which are included with our Advanced Plans!
Lower Costs
Due to the limited Coaching Sessions, the cost for the Basic Plans is much lower than the Advanced Plans, because you're doing it on your own!

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the cancellation policy for the Basic Weight Loss Plans?
Herbal Magic will refund prepaid program costs that are requested within 10 days of a program purchase. Please note, refunds requested within 10 days of a program purchase will only be accepted and processed if the Herbal Magic proprietary program information has not been shared with the client. Herbal Magic proprietary program information includes, but is not limited to; Menu Plans, Shopping Lists, Recipe Guides, Kick-Start Cleanse, Program Allotments, etc.
Our Advanced & Basic Weight Loss Plan subscription cancellations can take effect after the full commitment period (3, 6, or 12 months) is fulfilled. Once your initial commitment is complete, the plan will continue on a month-to-month basis until you submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@herbalmagic.ca. Once your cancellation request has been received, it will be reviewed by our team and a confirmation email will be sent to you. The cancellation request must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the next scheduled payment, as we need time to review and action the cancellation.
Clients may temporarily pause their Herbal Magic Weight Loss Plans for medical reasons with a doctor’s note and pre-approval from our Customer Service Team.

What if I need support after my one Coaching Session?
If you have a questions or need a little support after your on-boarding call, don't worry, we're always here for you! One extra Coaching Session is available to you for clarification, but if you need support beyond that then you'll need to upgrade to an Advance Plan.
If I need more support after trying the Basic Plan, can I upgrade to an Advanced Plan?
Absolutely! If you find you need or would like unlimited coaching from one of our certified experts, then all you need to do is send an upgrade request to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@herbalmagic.ca or give them a call, toll-free, at 1-800-852-5401.
What is the payment structure for the Monthly Basic Plans?
If you're on a Monthly Basic Plan, your payment will be processed and your supplements will be automatically expedited to you every 28-days!
