Yes! When you join any Herbal Magic Weight Loss Plans you'll get 3 personalized supplements, which are included in the program price.
The supplements you'll receive are a fat burner, a metabolism booster, and an appetite controller. The specific supplements you get are dependent on a variety of factors like your health history, your weight loss goal and timelines, your caffeine sensitivity, and more!
How do the meal plans work on this program?
Your coach will provide you with a customizable meal plan at the start of your program! This plan includes a daily breakdown of fats, proteins, vegetables, fruits, starches, dairy, extras, and a free exchange. How you fill those allotments is completely up to you, pending your dietary restrictions and preferences, which your coach will help you work through as you learn to prepare and consume a balanced diet.
We will also provide you with a variety of recipes throughout your program to help you out!
Can I have wine, chocolate, and other treats on the program?
Yes! This plan is not about deprivation—it’s about balance. Our program is designed to help you enjoy the foods and drinks you love, like wine, chocolate, and other treats, in a healthy and sustainable way. You’ll learn how to fit indulgences into your diet mindfully, so you can lose weight, manage your weight, and still live life an enjoyable life.
Can I continue intermittent fasting while on a Herbal Magic Weight Loss Plan?
Yes! You can work with your Personal Health Coach to customize your Weight Loss Plans so that it fits your lifestyle, whether you are intermittent fasting, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.
I did a Herbal Magic Program years ago, do you have any specials for returning clients?
Absolutely! We offer returning clients a 5% renewal discount on Weight Loss Plans and a 10% discount on products. So, regardless if you’re a past client or an active client, you’ll get these special membership discounts, as a token of our appreciation for being a member of our community.

Do you have any locations near me?
In theory, yes! We provide all Canadians with virtual weight loss support from our Mississauga head office. This means your Weight Loss Plan coaching sessions are conducted via phone call, text message, or email — whatever format you prefer we’ll use! We do recommend phone calls though, as it’s timely and really helps people achieve their weight loss goals. Also, we use Canada Post’s expedited shipping to send your personalized program supplements right to your door, so you don’t have to come to us for anything because we come to you!
How have the programs changed since the clinic days?
They really haven’t changed that much at all! We still follow our same 3 pillars of success by providing you with 1-on-1 Personal Health Coaching from one of our certified weight loss experts, personalized premium supplements for the duration of your plan, and meal plan support so you can continue eating the foods you love while losing weight. The main difference, now that we don’t have our clinics, is that you can now do our Weight Loss Plans from the comfort of your home.
Do the programs work even if I am in menopause?
Absolutely! Our experienced Personal Health Coaches, premium natural health supplements, and meal plan support will work together to help you achieve your weight loss goal, regardless of your stage of life, weight loss barriers, or any other challenges you may be facing. Our Weight Loss Plans are extremely personalized so that you can and will achieve your goal weight.

What's the cancellation policy for the Advanced Weight Loss Plans?
Herbal Magic will refund prepaid program costs that are requested within 10 days of a program purchase. Please note, refunds requested within 10 days of a program purchase will only be accepted and processed if the Herbal Magic proprietary program information has not been shared with the client. Herbal Magic proprietary program information includes, but is not limited to; Menu Plans, Shopping Lists, Recipe Guides, Kick-Start Cleanse, Program Allotments, etc.
Our Advanced Weight Loss Plan subscription cancellations can take effect after the full commitment period (3, 6, or 12 months) is fulfilled. Once your initial commitment is complete, the plan will continue on a month-to-month basis until you submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@herbalmagic.ca. Once your cancellation request has been received, it will be reviewed by our team and a confirmation email will be sent to you. The cancellation request must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the next scheduled payment, as we need time to review and action the cancellation.
Clients may temporarily pause their Herbal Magic Weight Loss Plans for medical reasons with a doctor’s note and pre-approval from our Customer Service Team.
