Our January Weight Loss Challenge will help you start your 2025 weight loss resolution on the right foot, as you'll be competing for a chance to win prizes. It will work like a "mini-program," as you'll get supplements to help your body lose weight and a weekly coaching session to provide you with support and accountability. Sign up for this 28-Day Challenge before December 30th, 2024 so you're ready to start the competition on January 6th, 2025 and potentially win $500!

How Our 28-Day Reboot Challenge Works

To participate in the challenge, you'll need to sign up before December 30th, 2024!

You'll need to complete our Health History Questionnaire, so we can confirm your meal allotments for the duration of the challenge and to ensure you're able to compete.
After you submit your Health History Questionnaire, your Challenge Coach will call you to review it, and discuss your 4 meeting times for the Challenge, your food allotments, your goal, and the tools you'll be provided for the Challenge. Once you and your Coach have confirmed your success plan for the Challenge, your supplements and tools will be sent your way!
Before the challenge starts on January 6th, 2025, you'll need to submit your starting weight. This means you'll need to submit a picture of you on a scale with the code of the day to ensure it's timely and accurate. This will be the same process for your final weight-ins on February 2nd, 2025. You'll also need to confirm that you've received all your supplements and tools for the Challenge!
As mentioned, the challenge will start on January 6th, 2025 and last until February 2nd, 2025! You'll have to submit your starting weight before the start date and then again before the end date to qualify for the prizes. We will be sending you reminders throughout the Challenge, so don't worry. With that said, get ready to compete!

Questions & Answers

When does the Challenge start?

The Challenge starts on January 6th, 2025!

This means you'll need to sign up before December 30th, 2024 and submit your starting weight before January 5th, 2025.

Are photos required for the competition?

Yes! We will need photographic evidence of you weigh-ins to confirm they're accurate. We will review all submissions. We may request a video in certain situations to confirm progress, as sometimes photos don't give the whole picture. Please keep an eye on your inbox after your weigh-in submissions for a request for video footage. For best results, we recommend wearing the same clothes for your initial weigh-in and final submission, this will help you see progress!

With that said, if you don't feel comfortable submitting photos, you can still do the Challenge, you just won't be able to compete for the prizes.

When are weight submissions needed?

You'll be prompted via email to submit your weight, as those emails will have the dedicated codes. You'll have 48 hours from the email send to submit your weight. The submission dates are:

  • Initial Weight Submission: January 2nd - January 5th, 2025
  • Final Weight Submission: February 3rd, 2025 - February 5th, 2025

To confirm, the Challenges starts on January 6th and ends of February 2nd, 2025.

What if I don't submit my weight on time?

If you do not submit your weight on time, you'll still be able to do the Challenge, however, you will not qualify for the prizes.

When will the winners be announced & the prizes given out?

The winners will be announced & contacted on February 7th, 2025!

How are the winners determined?

The winners won’t be determined by weight loss alone! We’ll consider a variety of factors to ensure a well-rounded evaluation, including: pounds lost, percentage of weight loss, inches lost, overall physical and emotional transformation, commitment to the challenge, and feedback from our coaches.

Our goal is to recognize not just the numbers on the scale but the dedication, effort, and overall journey of each participant—so everyone has a fair shot at winning!
