Herbal Magic has increased my self-esteem!
The best part of the Herbal Magic program, for me, was the easy meal planning. And my coach was very helpful and encouraging.
My advice to anyone has who has been thinking of a major weight loss effort is "do not give up".
I like the Herbal Magic program most of all because I was able to eat food I am used to, and it taught me how to look for healthy snacks.
