I started Herbal Magic back in October thinking that the weight would never come off, having had a major surgery three years ago, and an underactive thyroid. With both of those,and the extra weight, came low self-confidence, a poor outlook on life, and an unhappy lifestyle. Never sticking much with goals, I did meet my goal weight, thanks to my coach Jess and Herbal Magic. Now I have a healthy and positive way of life!
With the help of Herbal Magic and my coach Jess, the weight did come off and slowly the confidence, happiness and a whole new outlook on life came.
