Each bag contains:
Passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata)......... 250.5 mg
Lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis).................. 120 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Hibiscus sabdariffa flower, lemongrass herb, lemon peel, apple, natural berry flavour.
Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid, this calming tea relieves restlessness and insomnia caused by mental stress.
Directions for use: Youth (ages 13+) and adults: Steep 1 tea bag in 150 mL of boiling water for 3-5 minutes and enjoy 30-60 minutes before bed. Limit intake to 2 tea bags daily.
Cautions & warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
