Measurement Tips


Try not to pull tight on the measuring tape, but rather have it sit flat on your skin

  • Neck - wrap around the middle of the neck
  • Shoulder - wrap tape around the shoulders, to sit right across the sternum (just under the collar bone)
  • Bust - wrap around the chest, to line tape up with nipples
  • Ribs - wrap around RIGHT under bust line (bra line)
  • Waist - place two fingers ABOVE your belly button, then place the tape JUST above your fingers and wrap around
  • Mid section - place two fingers BELOW your belly button, then place the tape JUST below your fingers and wrap around
  • Hips - wrap around middle of buttocks (widest part of hips)
  • Right thigh - spread your legs shoulder width apart, place your hands by your side, and wrap the tape around your thigh where the tips of your fingers end
  • Calf - wrap around right in the middle of the calf
  • Right arm - place two fingers above where your arm bends (on the bicep), and wrap the tape just above your fingers
