After I signed up, I was partnered with my Personal Health Coach, Elias. We’d meet weekly, which I really liked because he was very uplifting and very positive.

With Elias’s help, on my program, I lost 25 pounds! I now have more energy and feel like I’m living a healthier lifestyle than I was before. I just feel like I eat healthier. I also feel like because of the program, I gained back my confidence.
