Chai Tea Shake Recipe
This icy, soothing, spiced Chai Tea Shake Recipe is protein-packed and antioxidant rich to help stimulate weight loss, fight inflammation, boost immunity, regulate blood sugar, and reduce stress – you'll definitely have seconds!
Serves 1 | One serving = 1 Starch & 1 Protein
3 chai tea bags
2 oz. boiling water
1 pkg. VHP Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake
12 oz. ice water
5 ice cubes
Prepare chai tea with boiling water, and let it steep for 3 minutes.
Once steeped, let the tea cool.
Placed cooled tea, VHP Shake package, water, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend together until smooth.
Once smooth, enjoy!
Add a stick of cinnamon to your shake because it'll help enhance some of the chai tea natural flavours and look good for pictures!
