Turkey Sausage Recipe
Serves 4 | One Serving = 1 Protein
Ingredients
20oz ground turkey breast
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp dried sage
¼ tsp lite salt
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
non-fat, non-hydrogenated cooking spray
Instructions
In large bowl combine turkey and seasonings. Mix well. Shape into four 5 oz (142g) patties. Heat skillet coated with nonfat cooking spray over medium heat. Add patties to skillet or grill and cook thoroughly on each side, or to an internal temperature of 165ºF (75ºC). Uncooked patties may be frozen.
