 Photos are not exact representations of the prepared recipe. 10 oz skinless chicken breast, cubed 1 tsp. olive oil 2 cups water 4 small potatoes, peeled & chopped 1 cup cubed onion black pepper to taste 2 tsp. Flavo-Magic™ 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. onion powder 4 cups skim milk 4 cups peaches & cream corn | ||
| Fry chicken in olive oil until the edges are
white. Place the water, potato, onion, black pepper, Flavo-Magic™, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large pot. Cook over medium heat to a gentle boil, stirring frequently. Add chicken and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer until potato is cooked. Add milk and peaches and cream corn. Cook over medium heat for five minutes or until corn is done. Serves four. One serving equals ½ protein, 2½ vegetable, 1 starch, ¼ fat, 1 dairy. | ||
